This project aims to push the boundaries of wellbeing in the workspace through ambitious environmental and sustainability concepts.JAMES SELLAR, CEO
Bermondsey Yards is a carefully coordinated campus of buildings that aims to invigorate the neighbourhood, improve local connections, and restore a historic 19th Century Warehouse. Designed in collaboration with Studio RHE and John Robertson Architects.
This project is a beacon of sustainable architecture and placemaking that will drive economic growth and job creation, whilst supplementing the area’s local character and culture for residents and visitors alike.
This project will drive local economic growth with new job creation and provision of affordable workspace.
We are working alongside neighbouring landowners on a ‘bigger picture’ approach, which will deliver integrated and sustainable regeneration to the very highest standard. Our vision for Bermondsey Yards is an elegant and measured transition from the intimate, historical character of Bermondsey Street to the contemporary character and scale of London Bridge and The Shard Quarter.
