Paddington Square is the centrepiece to a wider regeneration of Paddington – an ambitious reimagining of the station and its setting, dominated by a light-filled crystalline Renzo Piano building and a beautifully landscape piazza filled with public artworks.
14 floors of bright and flexible office space, designed to anticipate the evolution of the workplace, will be topped with west London’s highest rooftop restaurant – making this a true destination development. Paddington Square will offer four floors of shopping, dining and socialising, and a smart new Bakerloo line station entrance.

THE DESIGN

Renzo’s design integrates experience and environment; 17 storeys of office space, 80,000 sq ft of retail and dining space and 1.35 acres of public realm are topped by uninterrupted views of London. Expansive workspaces are designed with people in mind with a complete range of amenities for workers, right on their doorstep.
At the very heart of the development is The Exchange; a social and creative space, designed to empower choice, invest in well-being and attract worldwide talent. This is our most progressive workspace yet, with a multi-use event space, flexible floorplates, and spaces to connect, learn and evolve. A dedicated lounge, lobby and workspace has been designed by Universal Design Studio to harness and direct the building’s creative and cultural energy.
