Project overview
Designed by award-winning architect Renzo Piano, The News Building was conceived as a sister building to The Shard and designed with the same architectural DNA.
As headquarters to News UK, the building brings some of the world’s most eminent media brands to London Bridge Quarter including Dow Jones, The Wall Street Journal, The Times, The Sun and HarperCollins. Some 3,000 media professionals inhabit The News Building and enjoy its light and airy office space, complemented by one of London’s largest commercial roof terraces.
With direct access to London Bridge Station as well as London Bridge Quarter’s new public plaza, The News Building provides a seamless transition from station to workplace via escalators connected to a newly created retail area.
