50,000 sq ft
Camden Town is one of London’s most fascinating cultural melting pots, attracting many millions of visitors each year. It’s also a strong commercial area, with a large number of cafes, bars, restaurants and the famous Camden Market.
Union House is located just north of the station, adjacent to the proposed new tube entrance on Buck Street. Our vision is to deliver a high-quality development that acts as a catalyst of regeneration for this significant site in Camden and supports the borough’s post-COVID economic recovery. It must ensure it serves the needs of local businesses and residents, including a new office building and affordable homes, fostering a sense of local ownership.
We want to create a welcoming and attractive workspace that can enhance the appeal of the wider neighbourhood, providing a new hub for Camden’s thriving creative and tech industries.
The images above currently show the previous scheme and we will begin consultation on the updated proposals in January 2021 when new images will be available.
