Project Overview

Camden Town is one of London’s most fascinating cultural melting pots, attracting many millions of visitors each year. It’s also a strong commercial area, with a large number of cafes, bars, restaurants and the famous Camden Market.

Grand Union House is located just north of the station, adjacent to the proposed new tube entrance on Buck Street. Our vision is for the creation of an iconic new office building that will act as a benchmark for sustainable, low carbon development in Camden. A place that embodies wellbeing with new landscapes, trees and gardens inside and out, fit for the future changing city. It will also include the creation of new homes on-site in the heart of Camden Town. We aim for this high-quality development to act as a catalyst of regeneration for this significant site in Camden and support the borough’s post-COVID economic recovery, providing a new hub for Camden’s thriving creative and tech industries.
